Returns Policy

At Deep Fantasies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have specific return and exchange policies designed to ensure hygiene and safety while providing you with the best possible service.

1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
  • Product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging materials must be intact
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Returns Timeframe

You have a limited window to request a return after receiving your order.

  • Standard Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted
  • The return request must be submitted through our customer service team
  • Once approved, you have 5 additional days to ship the item back to us
  • We recommend initiating returns as soon as possible to ensure timely processing

3. Returns Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@deepfantasies.com or call 8147984029 within 7 days of delivery
  • Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Step 3: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved
  • Step 4: Package the item securely in its original packaging with the RA number clearly visible
  • Step 5: Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team
  • Step 6: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

4. Returns Processing

Refunds are processed promptly once we receive and verify the returned item.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing time: 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Bank processing times may vary (additional 3-5 business days for credit/debit cards)
  • UPI refunds are typically faster (1-3 business days)
  • If you don't receive your refund within the stated timeframe, contact us immediately
